Mirabela Grădinaru (born 1984) is a Romanian manager, working for the Romanian branch of Renault. As the domestic partner of current President of Romania Nicușor Dan, she is currently serving as the de-facto First Lady of Romania since 2025. Originally from Vaslui, she was a discreet public presence until the 2025 Romanian presidential election, when her involvement in supporting her partner became more visible.
