The Kisejärve Lakes () are a group of lakes in Rõuge Parish, Võru County, Estonia. The group consists of seven lakes that in limnological sense are semi-dystrophic or oligotropic.
The lakes are: , , , , or (44.3 ha, depth up to 5.1 m) , , or (1.4 ha) or (3.8 ha, depth up to 3 m) , , , , or (1.8 ha) (8.3 ha) (3.9 ha) (4.4 ha, depth up to 2 m) , , , , or (7.1 ha) , , or (1.5 ha)
At the time of the last glacial age, these lakes were not separated.
The lakes and their surroundings are under protection as the Kisejärv Landscape Conservation Area.
