Dr. Lee Hoey Simon, () holds a Doctor of Laws in Constitutional Law from the School of Law, Tsinghua University, with a focus on constitution and Basic Law studies; he also obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the same institution. He earned a Master of Science in Politics, Sociology and Development from SOAS, University of London, and a Master of Philosophy in Politics and Public Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He also studied at the Faculty of Law, The University of Hong Kong.
