Upper Lamptrai, or Lamptrai Kathyperthen () or Lamptra Kathyperthen (Λάμπτρα καθύπερθεν), was a deme of ancient Attica. Lamptrai Kathyperthen and nearby Coastal Lamptrai (Lamptrai Paraloi) were between Anagyrus, Thorae, and Aegilia.
