Vila Nova de São Bento e Vale de Vargo is a civil parish in the municipality of Serpa, Portugal. It was formed in 2013 by the merger of the former parishes Vila Nova de São Bento and Vale de Vargo. The population in 2011 was 4,040,Instituto Nacional de Estatística (INE), Census 2011 results according to the 2013 administrative division of Portugal in an area of 300.25 km2.
